Does this treatment use needles?

No. Treatments are done with a device that emits a small electrical charge from the metal end that looks like a large pen. It is the electrical charge that does the work with the muscles so no needles are required

Does Electrical Acupressure work like a massage?

The effect of EA can be likened to a massage in some ways as it stops the muscles from tightening in the wrong areas but it is drastically faster that a massage and gets to areas of the body that massages can't reach well. Electrical Acupressure also work on ligaments and joints to reduce inflammation so has much more reach of effect than massage itself.
